BaySoft Data Import
We have a data-import service whereby we can ensure an easy transition for agents from their current estate agency software. This process ensures that agent properties, applicants and vendors (and additional information - where available) are be brought across to the BaySoft system with very little effort and inconvenience.
Supported Systems
We can import property data form more or less any system providing we have access to the property data in a readable format.

Charges for the data-import are made on a per-import basis (based upon the format of your source data). Call us for a quote.
Notes:
- Bay View Systems is a UK-based VAT-registered company (#890 3913 07). All pricing excludes VAT unless otherwise stated.
- Invoicing for Portal subscriptions occurs quarterly approximately one month in advance. Invoices for the upcoming quarter will be sent out approximately one month before your current period expires. Should payment for the upcoming quarter not be received by the expiration of the current period, it may be necessary to temporarily disable your Portal feed until payment is received or further notice given.
- All agents are required to sign and return a copy of our Terms and Conditions.
