Pricing and Options
Our standard pricing plan is very straight forward (all pricing is subject to VAT):
Standard price plan
- £6.50 per portal feed, per month1
- or £6.00 per portal feed, per month if paying by Standing Order!1
All your properties are uploaded to your subscribed portal(s) at least once a day. You receive email-based reports on the quality of your data (based on each portal website's requirements). Email and telephone based support, should queries arise.
Subscribing to many portal sites?
We understand that you may wish to upload to many portal websites. That is why we've introduced a per branch cap of £50 p/m for as many sites as you like.
Other options
- Data Import Service, available on a per-branch basis.
- Data Snapshot service, available from £10 a month (or as one-off payments of £50)
- Pay up-front for 12 months and receive a 10% discount.
Notes:
- 1. Per 500 properties. Should this limit be exceeded, an additional upload fee will be due per feed.
- Bay View Systems is a UK-based VAT-registered company (#890 3913 07). All pricing excludes VAT unless otherwise stated.
- Invoicing for Portal subscriptions occurs quarterly approximately one month in advance. Invoices for the upcoming quarter will be sent out approximately one month before your current period expires. Should payment for the upcoming quarter not be received by the expiration of the current period, it may be necessary to disable your Portal feed until payment is received or further notice given.
