Snapshot Service
Our Snapshot service provides a readily accessible, downloadable and locally searchable form of your data. We take a backup of all your property data and save it into spreadsheet format (CSV), along with folders of all the images and documents associated with it.
These files are then available as a download, when you log onto this website, or on via post, on CD.
Payment Options
This service is an optional extra that you must sign up for.

Subscription
This service can be packaged with your normal BVS Portals subscription for just £10 a month.
Snapshots are performed weekly and can be downloaded at any time from this website (once you have logged in). CD's of backups are available upon request.

As required
Should you not wish to subscribe to the Snapshot service, backups can be performed on demand, at £50 per occasion. Agents have a choice of downloading the resulting snapshot files through the website or being sent a copy on CD.
Notes:
- Bay View Systems is a UK-based VAT-registered company (#890 3913 07). All pricing excludes VAT unless otherwise stated.
- Invoicing for Portal subscriptions occurs quarterly approximately one month in advance. Invoices for the upcoming quarter will be sent out approximately one month before your current period expires. Should payment for the upcoming quarter not be received by the expiration of the current period, it may be necessary to temporarily disable your Portal feed until payment is received or further notice given.
- All agents are required to sign and return a copy of our Terms and Conditions.
